 Michael Dunphy is currently the highest ranked East Coast surfer on the\n WQS. He has been logging miles on the "Q" or "Quey" for a few seasons and\n has been a true student of the game. Rewind to 2013 he sat 110th in the\n ratings jumping to 27th and almost onto the WCT in '14. Currently at the\n time of this post he resides in 13th in 2015 and looks poised to make\n another run at qualifying. Last year he dominated the East Coast 'QS  leg &\n ticks all the boxes with his repertoire. Due to the massive downfall that\n has been projected to take place this week, the bacteria levels of the\n water have increased, there is low visibility, and the road conditions have\n also become part of the a challenge.
