    It's more important than a lot of other things
  • Skills or talents that could be beneficial to MOF during an event (ex. CPR certified, former surf instructor, lifeguard, experienced waterman)
    good with kids. not experienced enough to take kids on a board, but could help them in and out of wetsuits etc between sessions
